Having this up gives me a motivation to get a lot done. I've got part of my list done, but not the whole thing. It WILL be done by bedtime. I made chili for dinner tonight. It can just sit there and cook while I finish everything else.

1. Wash a load of shirts and put away another load.
2. Change sheets.
3. Clean as much of the bedroom as I can.
4. Move hay around-including bringing home 1 RB for the goats.
5. Plant the rose bush my son gave me for Mother's Day. I'm tired of waiting for hubby to do it. hmm
6. Work w/Licorice.
7. Sweep out my tack shed.
8. Run some errands.
9. Make dinner.
10. Clean up after dinner.
11. Get the trash out.
I not only got everything on my list done, I got some more done beside! While I had the tractor out, I pushed all the manure into the big pile. And, I also started to rake up all the loose hay that the horses haven't eaten. I still don't have my RB feeder fixed, so I'm putting the hay out in piles all over the field. Problem being, when I put it out this way, they'll leave some.

I did make one slight change. Hubby didn't get home from work until almost 9:00 again. So, I cleaned up as much as I could B4 dinner. And, I got a whole chicken for dinner tomorrow night. I already have dinner planned out. Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, candied sweet potatoes, asparagus and corn. He's hoping he's able to get home earlier tomorrow night. I hope so cuz I won't be able to do much cleaning B4 dinner tomorrow.

8:30 pm. Kinda late for most people to eat. But, that's about when I'm hoping hubby will be home tomorrow.

I am now looking forward to Saturday, and maybe even Sunday. I'll go back to bed for a bit cuz I'm getting tired! My list for today:

1. Clean out the fridge.
2. Work on washing cabinets and rearranging the stuff in them.
3. Wash a load of whites.
4. Iron shirts I washed yesterday.
5. Give Stormy a good grooming inside and out. (Those who are familiar w/horse care know what I mean.)
6. Rake up some of the loose hay in my field.
7, Help out at the nature center.
8. Run some errands. (4H office, store, etc.)
9. Cut up the rest of the older wood I dragged home.
10. Make dinner.
11. Clean up.

If I get all done w/the cabinets I'll also sweep and wash the kitchen floor, then if I have time, work some more on the bedroom. I wanted to paint my tack shed today, but I don't know where I put the paint. If I have time, I'll look for it either later today or tomorrow.

Taking a bit of a break. The chicken is in the oven. I cut up some of the wood, but not all of it. We don't need a fire tonight and I got home later than expected, so I decided not to cut it all up. But, I've got most of the list done, so I'm doing good.

And poor Stormy. No wonder he's always so grumpy! When I was cleaning him, I found he had quite a build up-about the size of a kidney bean! And, he didn't want to hold still for me. But, I got it done.

Well, I'm not going to finish my list today. Hubby got done early. So, I won't be able to work on washing and organizing my cabinets. But, we could have a few days of rain next week, so I'm going to wait until then to do it. Instead, I'm going to concentrate on outside in the afternoons once I get home from the farm.
