I'm feeling much better today. I slept all night, so that's good. But, I'm not doing more than I have to right now. Main problem I have is the weather. I was going to go and get a load of wood on Monday. They've now changed the forecast and are calling for rain on Sunday, which means I have to get the wood today. But, I'm not unloading it until tomorrow. I will be getting dishes done, and I have 2 loads of laundry that still need to go away, and I need to clean the field, but that's it.

I slept for about 9 hours! I'm lucky if I can get 7, so I feel much better. I have to do the dishes today and unload the truck, and hubby and I are going out for a bit. So, I should start to feel pretty good.

They're calling for more rain tomorrow. I'm just glad it hasn't all been snow! If it was, we'd have gotten like 4 ft of snow this month! Then they're calling for it to get cold again. So I think I'm going to have to get something set up in my green house so I can do those 3 roos. I'm tired of caring for them, and would rather send them to freezer camp.

There are just 3 words to describe the weather out there-cold, wet and miserable! RU is going away again for a couple of days, and I HOPE she has hay out for the horses. There is no way I'll be able to get it out. We could get over an inch of rain. I went out to the farm right after church and even though I had on rain gear, I still got wet. Most of the horses were out of CL's field, so I fed her horses as well. Normally, I tie them up. Today I didn't. I didn't want to have to mess w/them more than I had to. Stormy was not done eating when I opened up his stall door. But, since I hung hay in the stalls, Licky won't go in w/him, and Misty hates to get wet, I don't think it was much of a problem. Came home, fed the goats, and changed into my nice, warm jammies. Now I'm relaxing w/a hot cup of tea.

I cleaned all day IN my jammies :D It was actually pretty nice here today. Warm enough to set the house plants out so the dog could dig them up :p Glad you got some rest! Sorry you're getting all that yucky rain ugh!

Saturday night, I came wide awake, and couldn't sleep until late. Last night, I had trouble getting the fire to burn, so I didn't get to sleep until late. I'm about ready to go back to bed. But I think a better plan is to try and take a nap this afternoon. I have a ton to get caught up on, and that won't happen if I go back to bed now. I've gotten some stuff done, but am still feeling some of the affects of this cold, so I'm taking a break B4 doing more. I'm hoping I'll be up to doing something w/wood today because I want to get another load on Tuesday-even if I don't unload it until Wednesday. They're calling for showers on Thursday and maybe snow on Friday! So, I want to get wood B4 Thursday. I've also come to the conclusion that I need to get my green house cleaned out. The only way I'm going to get those roosters taken care of is if I do it in there. It's just too cold. So, my list for today:

1. Put away a load of clothes (done)
2. Finish ironing a load of shirts
3. Practice piano (done)
4. Dust and vacuum living room
5. Feed animals, put out hay
6. Clean out run-in and work on cleaning field
7. Feed RU's horses
8. Feed Stormy, bag feed and take care of chickens
9. Do dishes
10. Work on firewood
11. Feed goats
12. Make and eat dinner.

I'm hoping to get to bed early. And, this is plenty to do today.
