I've got 2 things to do on my list for today, and I'm getting ready to go and do them now. So, as long as nothing happens to me B4 9:00 to prevent it, I should have my whole list done for today! (And, I'm not any more into David Copperfield now than I was the first time I tried to read it, but I got the first 2 chapters done. I kept hoping that the page I was on was the last page.)

Well, I got everything done on my list, and went to bed right around 9:00! But, I was so tired, I couldn't get up when the alarm went off this morning, so I may need to wait until this evening to work on my Spanish. I have therapy this morning and since I have to be there at 9:00, it means I have to leave by 8:30, 8:40 at the latest. And, some things can't wait until I get home-like getting clothes out on the line.

Well, I managed to get everything done again! And, I think I need to add something to my list-dishes!

I've managed to make it thru chapter 4 of David Copperfield, and am finding myself feeling sorry for David. (I'd have bit his step father too!) I'm done lesson 1 in my Spanish book-I've done that lesson B4, so I just reviewed it yesterday and today.

I've had to rearrange my list at times, but was still able to get everything done.

Hubby didn't want me to make dinner tonight, so I didn't worry about that. He just wanted the leftovers.

House is cleaner. It took me awhile, but for the first time since my operation, my bathroom is clean! And, I did some of my kitchen. :celebrate

Hardest thing I had was finding the time to prayer. I had planned on doing it at my tack shed. But, I ran out of propane for my heater, and it was just too cold in there! I left as soon as I could. I still found the time though.

Congratulations! Yours sounds like a very complex list, especially with something like the Spanish. I've never had a flair for languages. Keep up the good work!

I've been blessed w/the ability to pick up languages fairly easy. I've also studied French and German. Only problem being, I speak them w/a Spanish accent!

Well, I finished more of David yesterday. I'm finding there are parts of the book that I enjoy, and other parts that I don't. I have a couple of other Dickens here, and they don't seem to be as long. So, maybe when I get thru this, I can try them. I figured if I made it thru the hardest one first, the rest would be easier.

There weren't really any dishes to speak of yesterday, so I didn't do them, but I will be doing everything that's dirty today.

And once again, I found the time for prayer. I'm not sure if it was 30 minutes or not, but I still found the time.

I had trouble getting the fire going last night, so while I was waiting for it to get going good, I swept up around the wood stove. So, that area looks better.

I love the energy of spring when the sun starts to get strong again and I am more interested in doing things and can straighten and neaten and get things accomplished.

Yay for you! :celebrate

I've given Dickens a stab before. He seems like an interesting fellow, who I wouldn't mind having another look at when I have some time.

Sounds like you're going well. Keep it up! :thumbsup
