I think I recall something bad in them,

I was thinking about doing that,

proportions please,

I havn't been able to find much on line,

should I just fill a jar with scraps from peaches and top off with vodka,

let steep covered in dark place for 3 months and strain?


sugar? (not calling you sugar, asking if I need sugar, sugar, lol)


(that is what I am doing with my black raspberries...)

I know that peach pits contain cyanide and can kill you. So yes, I would have major reservations about using them. I don't know if that can leach into your vodka or if it only applies to eating or swallowing the pit itself. I think I would have to do a lot more research before I tried it. Or talk to someone who knew a lot more about than I do.
