I was thinking....some people use ground beef for "jerky" I bet I could try that as well...right?

LOTS of people eat wild pig. It is a pretty good bet that non of them have been castrated! I would just find some wild pig recipes and go for it!
I was just thinking of that. Sounds like a good idea to me.

The best pork I had in my entire life was from my uncle's wild boar kill. I was probably about 7 years old at the time and STILL remember how delicious it was! Really great point!
