Well, Jennifer wasn't exactly plain but compared to her sister, the airhead, she was sort of mousy. She was short, had brown curly hair and a big nose...not your typical romantic lead for women in movies.

Shame she had the nose job because I thought she was prettier with it. Seemed like her career took a tumble after she "fixed" her nose.....

Yes, I remember her nose now It was kind of humped, but in a really nice way. It gave her character. Fixing her nose would be like Brooke Shields plucking out all her eyebrows!

Oh yeah, there are a lot of famous women with prominent noses, Sarah Jessica Parker, Christine McVie.. ok, a few.

She's still a hottie.

I saw Patrick's pic in one of those rags at the check out isle. He looked terrible.

Remember that last dance at the end of the season in Dirty Dancing? When he lifted her up and then slid her down his body to the floor? Every girl, when she stopped holding her breath, wanted to be Jennifer.

Smoking is very hard to quit for some. He admitted that he still smoked even after diagnosed with pancreatic cancer...very sad.
(I always loved Patrick Swayze because he was a loyal husband for so many years...that is hard to do when you are a star.)

When Dirty Dancing came out my friends and I would get in the lake and practice lifts like they did in the movie. Still my granny's favorite movie of all time. I didn't realize he had passed......sad, he looked awful lately.
