I have some rough edges, some of the moulds are large blocks too.

rough edges on a bar of soap?

When mine come out of the mold they sure are not smooth and perfect and that doesn't bother me at all....in fact customers want to see that imperfection cause they know it is handmade then.

yea I didn't do the loaf molds cause I didn't want to have to cut bars of soap..LOL and I don't like the shape of square bar soaps. I can't hold them in my hand good.

I went with 5 oz. rectangle. Customers are very satisfied with the shape and size and feel they are getting a good big bar and it lasts and everyone is happy..LOL

funny about the molds, I was getting them from one company but they sold the polystyrene molds to another company....where I got them one time, went to re-order and THEY in turn sold the inventory to Bramble Berry...LOL---and when I went on their website, I can't find my type of molds. I could be in big trouble. I have to email them and see if they do have them or not, and if not, I have to find a new company. And heck, the first company was hard to find..LOL----oh the drama!

super busy day here

Tony is worming and trimming hooves on the goats.

I got everything (which is the size of the world around here..lol) mowed and done. BIG BIG T-storm coming right now. Monster one with bolts of lightening and big claps of thunger. Gotta get off in a second.

Was going to BBQ some steaks but who knows now..LOL.....and I am starving, didn't eat today yet and I want food!!

I let some eggs back up..my goodness I have tons and tons of eggs to wash and get caught up. Never enough time!

I am so behind in everything it is scary.

Again, I need to cut back. I truly have to downgrade cause I can not keep up with all this farming...LOL---so have to work on that again. I say I will cut back and don't...so will have to stop something, I am thinking produce sales at the market. Just do the acre farming and sell wholesale, get some money and run..HA HA

all going fine just so busy it is insane!!!! this is peak farm time and I can not find enough hours in the day at all.

normal for me right now....come right after Xmas will be my down time. About end of Oct. most veggies are played and and it gets a tad slower too.

You know..LOL

I am going camping next week to Tennessee which I need oh so bad. I am pooped! But working so hard before I leave...the usual vacation nightmare..HA HA

Thanks---Usual stupid storm..not a bad one. I see those hurricanes are flying around out there. Cloudy and sunny, cloudy and sunny today with periods of rain by not bad.

Girl I gotta downgrade. My age (almost 50 wtih a 4 year old) just means I can't take it anymore..HA HA....downgrading is a true reality for me now.

I just read Morel's post. I know where she is coming from big time..LOL

hey punkin
hope you are doing fine!!

going about 1 hr. west of Knoxville. Caney Creek RV Resort.
it is on a monster big lake. Tony wants to fish I want to relax and swim with Nicole....(forgot the name of the lake)--about 4 1/2 drive for me. Won't be too bad.

It is our last 4 day getaway for the year. Just a change of scenery from barns and fields..LOL

I have 2 trips left to plan...one to SantaLand for Nicole at end of Oct. Just a 3 day trip and 1 trip to Tweetsie Railroad for Nicole in Nov. I am thinking. Might not even camp for that one since it is close I just might drive up for the day.

You doing any camping YET!!!!
