Howdy, it's been a over a month. Been busy, unfortunately not reading the Foxfire books. LOL
The irons in the fire are slowly being reduced in number.

The eldest DD's wedding went great. Small intimate wedding, some great memories made. The happy couple is now embarking on their new adventure together.

It's been over a year since the DW had her heart attack. She is doing well, doctor visits have all been positive.

We are actively now searching for some property in the area. Financially, finally after 6 years, able to make this move. DS really wants space to help me with gardens and chickens. Those things he hated helping me in the previous life chapter.

Hopefully, this will be a quiet relaxing holiday season.

when the local library was getting rid of a lot of reference books i picked up any of the Foxfire books i could in hardcover. wouldn't mind having the rest. i'd happily live in a library if i could. i've certainly spent a lot of time in them as a kid and also as an adult... i worked part time as a librarian and did volunteer time. i keep shelves here stocked with references and plenty of reading materials just in case the end of civilisation happens and i need something to read until it reboots again.
