Interesting, seeing some prices starting to drop. More auctions, though.

Wife noticed that in some poorer Cleveland suburbs where house flipping was happening the past 18 months, the homes are now being sold "as is" in various states of renovation.

Motivation has been low the last week. A little sore from hiking, but have some sort of head cold going on. The wife has been worn down fighting a fever. Thankfully nothing has moved to either of our lungs, so her treatments might just be working.

I really need to get jerky made this week, but the thought of dragging everything out has me tired already.

And absolutely nothing for sale worth buying home wise. Lolol. Last new listing had photos of the basement with a broken support post, standing water, and mold. What the actual heck. Lol

OH dang - hope you both feel better! I'm sure your motivation will return when you feel better.

It's gotta be discouraging to be ready to buy and not find a home worth buying. :(

Not the greatest photo, but down in SE Ohio. I don't know why this terrain speaks to me. Broad valleys, steep hills.
