For wasting money and stinking up the house.
Wife had them before we got married. One is from my late mom

oh... those... blech!

but as a kid i used to burn incense and liked it, but i don't do that any longer for sure. i have a few perfume samples someone gave to me in those tiny little plastic vials that leaked out of their stoppers some and those are in a plastic bag or two a few layers deep and i can smell those once in a while but it is so faint it doesn't stick to anything else. it's about the level of those smells i like too so there's that. probably the only ones i like. i have some other bottles of perfume that Mom brought back from Egypt that she was going to throw away but i kept them because i never know when i'll find someone who likes them and can use them in a super tiny amount. that's ok. i just don't want to be hit over the head with them like how much some people put on right before walking out the door.

and then there are scented candles which we don't burn either. i have gotten away from playing with candles but i always in the past liked having them around. unscented were much better or very lightly scented beeswax ones. those are closer to acceptable, but fire is way too dangerous for me to have around so it is much better for me to not do those at all or to even think about them. :)

My Kubota is a 23 HP with front end bucket. Implements are quick change, it’s an add on feature. It’s 4 WD. Your wife is right, better to be over powered than underpowered. With no livestock that would be a good size. I wouldn’t go under 20 HP. Oversized lawnmowers would be inadequate.

Recommendation for pull behind carts?
I used to have an awesome AgriFab steel wagon with four wheels. Best I could find (in between work meetings) was this

I got one at Home Depot on sale 2 years ago... it might be a gorilla... not metal but that hard "plastic" poly or something... 4 Wheels, payload of 1200 or maybe more... dumps and it will dump completely over the way it is made... I like it. But might not be as big as you want... It was around $250 I think. Pulls easy by hand or can be used towed behind a small tractor... with a drop in pin to the draw bar. Nice thing is, it doesn't have to be hooked to anything to be level with the 4 wheels... and they have enough clearance to go over some stuff... and it dumps completely over so no trying to use a shovel to empty it out... I will look when I go out but think that it is not as large as you want...
