Me too! I hope it's hard on the grubs and mostly the stinkin' stink bugs! Heard on the news today that we're having the 8th coldest winter in recorded history here... geeze louise! And even at that we're getting nothing near what you folks are getting.

Stay safe FJ!

I'm getting tired of dumping ice out of the chicken's water bowl every day.

Snow, glorious snow. My scene this morning. My 35 minute drive to work took over 2 hours. Yes we get rain Thursday but more snow over the weekend plus lows in the single digits again!

This is fantastic! I want to share my joy with everyone!

I am so glad that we did not get any snow this morning! It was raining so hard I could just barely see w/the wipers on high. And I kept thinking to myself, I'm so glad this isn't snow!

Nasty storm yesterday - north and west of here got pounded. Horrible multiple vehicle crashes west of Cleveland with fatalities. 6 degrees here this morning, with 50+ plus degrees tomorrow.

In other news, and I won't go into the gory details, I may have the possibility to rent a house in a month or two. I haven't been looking, but a situation with someone I know may open up the possibility. No chance of of a garden, but there is a patio where some container gardening may be an option. Timing would probably mean I would need to buy plants from the greenhouse, but it was something I had never considered yet.

My teenage son wants to can with his grandmother this summer. She could use his muscle and energy. :clap:clap:weee

Pictures of snow covered cars makes me glad to be a southerner. I'll crank up the AC and pay the %&%* electric bill in the summer just so I don't have to shovel snow!!
