How sweet you do meals-on-wheels for a friend. So thoughtful!
We used to be a part (when we lived in town) of the AniMeals program, where they repackage donated dog and cat food to distribute to meals-on-wheels recipients, apparently they often feed the meal they recieve to their pet!
So this program redistributes donated food to them. We used to "donate" our garage (or most of it) to the food. For awhile we had several years supply of Purina One in our garage! Unfortunately dog food does not keep that long and it had to be bagged and distributed often.
