Wow, that's a lot. We had a lot of the same issues with Chad's nanny. Her power of attorney took everything, even though she is not even a family member. She is a nursing student that lived with Nanny and rented a room in the house from her while she was in school. It is a hard pill to swallow because hubby had some definite items of furniture and personal things that he was supposed to get and she took it all and refuses to let him have anything.

It's good that you guys are able to get along and work for the common goal. I know it's hard but it sounds like you guys were able to get a lot done and lots of people benefitted from it. :hugs

When my great grandmother died we ended up auctioning off everything but her quilts and that was because she had so many that all the kids, grandkids, and great grandkids could all get at least one. Everyone kept fighting over who would get what and that was the only solution we could come up with, you want it you pay for it. Sad really.

Sounds like some cool tech to me! You're my Yoda, FF! May the force be with you.
 :gig My D1 has Yoda saying something like "The phone ringing it is." as MY personal ring tone.

But, just for the record, I find things work far better getting slathered with WD-40 and then wiggled into submission ... rather than being "forced".
"A thousand uses, has WD-40."
