You spent more than 1.08 in the time it took to fill out the form! Gotta love red tape.

:fl keeping my fingers crossed for the Veteran's home. I know it will bring an ease to mind as well as relieve the financial burden.

When I buy my tomatoes the lady ask for 6.50 per box. I usually try to buy something else full price or just round up. This usually results in a couple extra tomatoes. :D

So how old are your meaties???

May the dolls bring lots of moolah and the VA have just the spot for your dad.......

You might be surprised how many times vet clinics get asked to kill off extra animals. They just want to pay someone to take responsibility. Usually the vet clinics will not just kill the animal and have someone they figure out to adopt it. I've worked for several vets and they all work with people (their staff, local groups, or just other clients they know) to find homes for animals that someone thought was "extra." One vet I worked for used to yell at people like that (she wasn't a very nice person) and say "I'm not the animal shelter!" But that was one of those times when I had to agree with her.

Believe me I KNOW how many animals meet with that fate. Most of D1's critters came home that way.

I would LOVE to get rich selling these dolls, but most people are as broke as we are right now. :( Most are worth only a third of what they were several years ago. Still at least the clutter will be gone. :/
Sad, huh? About 1/3 of my fosters were vet clinic dumps, I've kind of specialized in it. I grew really tired of it because many of them have expensive health problems and are a burden to the rescues, but the vets don't have the heart to put down an animal with something treatable like diabetes or a broken leg.

Good luck selling the dolls! Maybe you need to try E-bay?
