I've had an upset stomach since it got hot, but ever since my cyst burst (ovarian), it's been burning. This is the normal reaction for my body after a cyst. I get one every few months. I'm hungry ALL the time. I did have a bit yellow eyes and then some coffee grounds in stool, but that cleared up quickly. I'm just still really tender in the abdomen and having acid reflux. I'm having very emergent runs to the bathroom about 3 times a day. Definitely staying hydrated but every time my stomach feels really sick, the next time I pee it's really dark. No blood, just dark. And then I drink a ton more.

Any ideas? I don't have insurance, so no suggesting doctors. Just curious why cysts always cause this. What hormone gets off and how do I fix it?

Pickles are settling really well (I fermented them myself), but nothing else really is sounding good. I might need to make some really spicy thai and burn it all out?

Oh! And I've had a hysterectomy so no holes for the cyst juice to drain out lol. It all sits in my abdomen and burns its way out instead.
Do you recall anything from when you had the procedure done, as to how to deal with it? Or how they could deal with it later for you?

Other then that, I would suggest Beet Kvass for flushing and supporting your liver, and making sure you are consuming plenty of real salt. With the heat you are experiencing, and the amount of water you are drinking, you need to keep on top of your electrolytes. Being low will cause the upset tummy.
Add salt to all the water you are drinking.
One thing that can really help, is something called EmergenC.

A guess as to the dark pee...you are sweating off the water before it gets a chance to get all the way to your bladder. And with the sweat goes a large portion of your salt and minerals.

I can grab EmergenC. I usually have a bunch around but I ran out.

And yeh, I think I might be dehydrating really fast and just unable to keep up on it. No wonder the pickles are so good :D All that salt and acv. I'll make myself a drink right now!!

The cysts are much less frequent since my surgery.

I healed REALLY fast. Within three days, I'd eaten through the surgical steel staples. Half I'd pushed out, the other half were so corroded they were stuck and the nurse had to yank them. But I was so healed, they used only tape. It caused major spasming though. And then I got a stomach flu the day I got home lol. Otherwise all was normal. I was "3 months" healed when I went for my three week exam.

On the beet kvass, do I just drink it straight, or what?

Thank you :)
You can make a cold borscht (do not heat) with the kvass if you like, but you may very well enjoy if straight up on ice.
Its salty and fermenty all at once, and super supportive of the liver.

Abi I get have the same thing happen every few months or so - know every time I ovulate, but sometimes I have a 'special' cycle that puts me on the couch for a day or two. It's awful. I don't know what causes it either. I do know that I need to keep up my magnesium levels otherwise my entire body goes haywire. I have gone to using transdermal magnesium 'oil' for the best absorption. I drink Emergen-C every day too and that seems to help.

I've only had one that caused an issue like that. I had intense pain (also had a tubal pregnancy resolving but the pain was on the other side which is how they discovered it was a cyst) and they had me rest at home and get lots of electrolytes and fluids in general.
And yes, I think the separated part is whey, but let someone who's done more with it tell you!
