Eventually, the goal is to not have the larvae in the pastures -- as we know.

The goal of parasite control is not to eliminate parasites since that is an unreasonable goal that drives excessive use of dewormers and resultant resistance. Parasite control is to keep the worm load low enough that the animals are still productive. Each individual animal should have a fecal egg count done, heavy shedders should be removed from the herd, and follow your vet's schedule for managing the remaining animals.

Somehow *my goats* are always the heavy shedders. Do I have terrible luck or is DH maybe engineering the situation for his preferred outcome? ;)

Still not seeing much better...gonna be a long road I guess. He just sent me a picture where he tried to buzz his own head, lol. He shouldn't oughta have done that! :lol:

The only problem with that is he can't seen! That leaves so little he can do in the way of cleaning, argh! Maybe he could do laundry... all he has to do is separate it and throw it in the washer.
