It's the millennials, I am so not part of their generation lol! Completely clueless, I tell you. You should hear some of the things DH's idiot coworker does. It's actually kind of amazing.

And really? Deflated air mattress? Wow...

Instead of going home after work yesterday I drove the 20 miles back to the Assisted Living Facility to check on dad and his mattress. Thankfully, it was still inflated! I think I need to take a power strip over there today so they can get everything plugged in that needs to be.

Don't you think he's paying then enough to have them supply a power strip? Just me? Sheesh... Sorry, you shouldn't have to do that!

And, a tiny bit of good news. When I went to see dad at lunch he seemed a bit stronger and more alert - so I asked them about getting him out of the bed. He's been in it for a week and is starting to get pressure sores. Soooo, the owner just texted me a picture of him up in his chair!!! Yippee! I didn't think I'd ever see him upright again...

Oh boy...ups and downs. He tolerated sitting up for about 30 minutes - blowing kisses at the staff. Then cried out for Mama and started turning blue. They rushed him back to bed. Guess it was just too much for him.... His feet are turning purple - not a good sign at all. :(
