Seriously - she's maybe 6 inches tall. Her and her brother are both cry babies...really hope they didn't get PIA's attitude. She (PIA) is trying to regress back into her cruddy, non-people-loving, pre-pregnancy self. I can not want it! Every time I pick a baby up they scream bloody murder....and they don't stop. I've taken to holding them until they are quiet but didn't have time this morning - had to put them down while they were still fussing. Wait until I disbud them...that'll probably ruin them for life. :(

I did catch the little babies curled up with the bigger babies this morning. I'm a little worried that the big ones will play too hard with the little ones but so far not an issue. If it becomes an issue somebody will have to move. I'm probably going to have to move some anyway so I can bring up the next batch of mama's-to-be. I think I've got at least a month or more before any more are due. I'm just beginning to see some udder development in some of the girls that live in the pasture.

Rained again overnight. We're at just over 3 inches for the year. That's an inch + a week so far....sigh. It's absolutely muderendous out there and definitely NOT in a good way. :he

Cameo is being a _itch! She is still sweet to me but she's knocking the crud out of any goat that gets near her. She's miserable....:(

Well we had freeze (hot water toting!) for a few days, like 17 nights with wind chill to 8 & 10, 22-30 days. Today -- woke to 26 at 6:30, ended with 66 at 5:30 o_O The goats were all laying out in the sunshine (on all that hay they left!!!!!) . But it was nice to see them calm & enjoying life. I loaded all the feed tubs in the barn with just a light jacket. Of course, warm & R A I N tomorrow. Then we get back to 40 days, normal. I hate the roller coaster. Get cold, get done and get warm!!

I am enjoying the pics of everyone else. No kids here until first of March, into late April. I'm good with that. Warmer, grass up & will milk later into winter. I'm missing fresh milk

We were in the 70's yesterday. I was outside in a t-shirt. Today - we had more rain over night and sleet at noon-ish. o_O
