Getting felt-tip marks off plastic?

Depending on the plastic I use SOS pads. I use a sharpie to mark the lids of storage containers and the SOS takes it off every time.

I've had to re-label plastic bins frequently. Dish soap with very hot water works ok, If you do it a few times, but baby oil works like a charm. Vaseline works too.
