Chicken sandwich. Actually, it was lunch at 3. But won't want dinner now...so that's fine.

I finally decided to cook. Bacon wrapped, jalapeno stuffed quail with a honey garlic glaze. Butter beans and sauteed zucchini to go with. I should cook more often, lol!

tonight i cooked some frozen mixed vegetables and put plenty of butter on them.

Fish tacos with some clearance rock fish I got at Safeway. YUMMY!!!!

simple meal tonight, beans with cheese melted on top then whole milk yogurt and hot sauce. hit the spot and now i'm ready to fall asleep at even a fairly normal time.

Broccoli, stuffing, and a cornish game hen from the store. We'll split one next time. Too much for us.

ham, taters, bean caserole, rolls, salad, dessert. nice day with family. wish my nephew would have stuck around and talked more. still good to see him.

Oh, those little birds are super easy to cook. 2 fit in my air fryer. Bake 50 minutes at 380°f. Start breast down and flip halfway. All skin was crispy. I recommend tucking the legs if you can or tying them together. Only spot that got dry at all.
