Thanks! I'd not heard that before made me giggle! speedgoat! does it taste as good as goat? If I could butcher the cute little boogers I'd raise goat as it is so yummy.

To me goat tastes better. Antelope usually goes for jerky because most of the time you have to run them down to get a shot. (speedgoat) I was under the impression that game meats are generally not a problem when it comes to cholesterol. Although frying them up in a bunch of oil would be. Also garlic is very good at lowering bad cholesterol as is red rice yeast.
