Help what do I do with all this zucchini ?

I finally found a summer squash my son will eat... he fell in like with patty pan squash. So I don't think I'll be planting much zucchini anymore, just get some from neighbors when I'm in the mood for zoodles.

A friend of ours made a cake and it was a courgette cake! I was disgusted but I tasted it and it was amazing We even made it again
