and yes, i'm quite happy to be a bean enabler! Mom is a rock picker from the beaches and i love doing that too - in the middle of winter when i'm sorting beans i consider it the same kind of tactile and visual thing. you could take all of the beans i sort and mix them all back together and give them back to me and i'd be happy sorting them back out again. OCDish for sure...
