OK Punkin...I have been thinking about those " icicle pickles" all evening....I have to know...sweet or dill? And...you have a recipe!? I just know I planted WAY too many cukes...looks like a " Pickle Christmas" ;)

Im not sure about the jar infatuation...but I know I have one. I just learned that a small antique place up the road is going out of business...and is haveing a 50% off sale. Guess where I am going tomorrow!?? :D Im on the hunt....for BIG jars... :p

The usual reason for me going to the local Goodwill outlet is to look for jars. I also offer to take the recycling from my friend's house and peruse her jars for good ones, before tossing them. She knows to save canning jars special for me. Even SO gets excited about jars.

I have found one 1 gal. jar at Goodwill. I went yesterday to find another, but no luck.

My eyes would have glazed over if I found Justusnak's jar. :p

I have one of those jars. No Lid either. So while I may not covet your jar - if you find a lid I will covet it.
