I would like to mention as told to me some years ago on another forum about WM and why people do/do not shop there.

I remember one poster that mentioned that their family income did not allow them a choice of where to shop. Here was this grown man, raising two child, a wife who couldn't work in this country yet, and all he could afford was to shop at WM.

As the story would be told, that poster who was trying to start his own business. Years later that poster would post on yet on another forum that he now owns two different businesses, which both had been doing well.

Now he would post that because he was able to make a choice about where he could spend his money. He also believed that supporting local companies was a good thing. He also mentioned that he traveled around and found that in some places WM is the only store around.

But because he could now afford to spend more money for local higher goods, he did just because he believed in supporting other businesses.

:)

I'm officially inviting y'all over here to eat all the pudgie-fudgies that my cute little preggo-spaghettio, newly-wed neighbor made for me. Too nice she is!!! But I can't eat this fudge and my daughter does not need to eat ALL of it! :p

yaklady,

Hang in there, it's just a few threads that are volatile right now. Most of the other threads aren't like that.

I think it's the time of year and lack of sunlight.

Just ignore everyone else. I'm the only one allowed to be grumpy.
