I think I am an ambivert, or a lazy extrovert.

I enjoy going to other people's houses. I don't like having people over, only because I don't liked doing all the work- making sure the place is clean, making sure I have beverages, preparing food, etc. Ugh. Too much pressure for me. Typically I would rather just go out to eat with friends, so that nobody has the burden of cooking and cleaning up. I am single and my child is grown, so I find myself going out more and more.

I am THE definition of extrovert. I love company, going to visit, and I'll talk to ANYBODY...even if they are scowling at me :hu I love people. I love to figure people out. I love to watch people, not in a weirdo kind of way, but when I am around people I watch mannerisms, etc. You learn more about a person by what they DO than you ever will by what they say or what they are wearing etc. I get on my mom's nerves talking to people when we're out. She always asks "Do you know them?" Then I say...well I kinda do NOW :p She HATES that! My hubster, won't talk to anybody he hasn't seen at least 10 times. I guess he figures if they are coming around that often, they're gonna keep coming, which means they aren't avoidable  He's not snobby, he just acts like it. :D

Guess I'm an ambivert also. I can talk to almost anyone, and will often strike up a conversation while waiting in line. (It relieves the boredom.) And, I'm OK in a crowd of people. But, ASAP, I want to go home where I can be alone.

Oh no! Never! :gig

I am very introvert, unless you put me in the position of talking about real food and natural living. Then I can't shut up!

I am an extrovert. And after a winter by myself 70% of the time (no job and husband works away from home and is only home on weekends) with only a cat and dog to talk to, I am going stir crazy!

My excitement for today was having the sump pump pipe come apart over 1/2 the basement

Hopefully the plow guy gets here soon to clear the driveway.

I can relate to that. I work at home and even though I love, love, love being here all day, sometimes I get a little stir-crazy... the FedX man is looking better and better!
