Easy cheesy.
You just combine the scientific principles of sympathetic resonation with recent rain enough to get the ground soft. Grasp the top of the post in your hands and lean into it then pull toward yourself (using that fat and shiny to the best advantage ) ... repeat 1000 times, then lift and out comes the post.
