I am still waiting to hear what the results were of the games #1gs's team had to play last night. The team was undefeated after monday night's game. The games last night were 2 back-to-back games, the first at 5pm and the second at 9pm. These are 8- to 10-year-old kids and I don't understand why the commissioner set the games up that way. In her quick post, DD said they didn't get home until well after midnight and her quick post on fb makes it sound like they won the first game and lost the second; but that is just me guessing.
#1DGS team broke even in last night's games.

They won the first game 12 - 4 and lost the second game 6-12. This was their first loss of the entire year, which started April 1st.

Because that loss tied them with another team, they are playing again - tonight!

For tonight's schedule -
If they win the 5 pm game tonight, they have to play again at 9pm!
If they lose the 5pm game tonight, they are done for the season.

Good luck Longhorns! Go #3!

No happiness in Mudville today.
The Longhorns lost their 5pm game last night, with a score of 6-8.
They had a terrific season, with just the 2 losses all season. :thumbsup

DD tells me the boys were exhausted even before the game started.
#1DGS says he is playing x-box and just chilling today.
DD says he's playing Baseball on the x-box.

Congratulations #1dgs and The Longhorns! You played well for a second year in a row! :clap
Well done! :clap

E said those chickens were getting the royal treatment on the way home - TR was even hand feeding them before they even pulled out of Rogers!
