I'm sorry to hear that hubby will miss easter service, I know he is going to be upset about that. I can't wait for ours, the kids are going to have a party on Saturday afternoon.

You are amazing, I cannot believe all the cooking and baking you're doing. I'm soaking beans for a pot of chili tomorrow and Tyler wants to bake cookies so I think we'll do oatmeal raisin. I made some coleslaw yesterday but I haven't been baking a lot lately. Too much to do outside! You really should consider doing a cookbook for the church, we raised a lot of money with ours. We just collected recipes from the congregation and put them all together and there are companies that will print them for fundraisers. It came out really well and it is the one cookbook that i will not do without!

I can't believe you all got MORE SNOW! I hope you are hunkered down in front of the woodstove keeping warm!

Just dropping in to say hi. I am working a lot, so I'll be off here for the most part. Maybe I will have time on the weekend.

This is my first time stopping by your journal. What a fine place you live in. I was raised in upstate NY so Ohio is kinda similar. I still miss that place and when I think of home it is still upstate, not Idaho, or Utah or any of the other places Ive lived. The country side is so rich there, and the plant life captivated me as a child.

Your such an industrious cook and I so love to eat all that kind of stuff but I do not allow myself...but I think I will be laxing up a bit in the coming years when I have fresh eggs and raw milk around...I will be looking to you to figure out what to do with it all..:)
