Is there a summary somewhere? It says the video is 2 hours long and I don't have that kind of time!

I'll try and type on eup.
Since its a news conference, you can actually just turn it on to listen too while you do other stuff. No need to watch it.
I listened to it in parts last night.

would you happen to have a pic of what our food pyramid should look like? I was trying to find one, as my son wanted to see a proper one. I couldn't find an adequate one. He is so into nutrition, (my boy!!!!!!) but his personality is one of where he has to see it in black and white. He is very methodical in his actions, and if he has a guide to go byhe would do well to monitor his own eating patterns. As it is, he listens to me, and eats what is put in front of him, but getting enough veggies is a struggle. (although fruit is a non issue--he gets plenty of that.)

Just take the regular food pyramid and turn it upside down.

They did put together one. I'll track it down sometime today.
