I've always been totally enamored with Irish Wolf Hounds. Too much dog for me, but, oh, they are beautiful in looks and charm.

Love em... but don't love the short life span. I think that they have the shortest average life span except for the Great Dane.

A lot of the large dogs burn out quickly.

If they ever start messing with the DNA of dogs, I hope they change that. Dogs are considered to currently be as intelligent as a 3 year old child; I think that could change if they had more time to develop that brain. We have gotten to where we are in the food chain in large part because of our partnership with dogs... I wonder how far we could both go?
