Lehmans (mailorder store) bankruptcy/closing??

Someone mentioned on a thread on byc (http://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=119568 , post #10) that Lehmans has filed Chapter 11 and may close?????

Does anyone know anything about this, e.g. if it's true???

I sure hope not...

Pat - they are/have filed for Chapter 11 for protection from lawsuits. However, I have not heard anything about them closing.

I don't buy from them.
But I don't want them closing and putting people out of work as the trend sure seems to be lately.

Its just a reorganization thing... We went through it once..... it can be bad but if its done right they should stay in business
