Went out to check rabbits today- looked like a massacer! Bluebell was due to have babies tomarow but aparently she had them last night. Found heads and other assorted parts scattered about the cage. None in the box. Didn't even pull hair. STRIKE 1. Will breed her back in a few days. Another doe is due tomarow, she had 9 babies last time but the neighbors dog upset her and she stomped them hope all goes well this time.

Bandit is wound for sound today! He is jumping, hoping, running, and is chewing on EVERYTHING- except hay and grain. He will nibble on grass somewhat if I take him out. But he still has the runs. Nobody I have contaced has ever seen a baby have diahrea like this. He is doing good except for that. He is growing. He is kinda skinny but he is a dairy goat. Idk:idunno

I did get my mothers day goat! Lol. We named him Mo- cause he is from Mo-souri. Hehehe:lol:

I don't think it would be a problem if I wasn't running the incubator and 5 heat lamps for the chicks and snakes. He keeps trying to buy me an electric dryer but I told him if he gets one I won't alow it in the house! No need for it! I haven't had a dryer for over a year now. And I don't alow the TV on till after 5pm. ( that might change now that the kids are home for the summer- today was their last day of school) our monthly bills used to be 1000.00/mo. Now I have it down to @ $582.00/mo.

:thumbsup Great job on cutting them almost in half!

I won't even pretend mine are anywhere near under control, but I do have good excuses for most of them :hide

Got the goat pen up. Well the basic one anyway. Made it with cattle panels so I can add more and make it bigger as I can afford to.

Got most of the laundry done.

Now dishes...

Went and picked up my 3 female hair sheep last night. Got 4 total for $120, but picked up an extra ram for a neighbor and got $60.00 for it so that paid for 1 of my females. Good thing I went and picked them out and set up the deal with him last week cause he went to the sale barn and found out what they were going for! He said he would give me mine for the $30.00 ea. But if anyone else wants one they are 200.00. (40-60 pounders were going for 150.00-175.00) these are bigger than that!) So....whew. my goal was to have 4 nanny goats and a billy, and 4 ewes and a ram. So I am only 1 ewe short and with the prices where they are I'm not likely to get anymore! I already have 3 people lined up that want lambs in the spring. And have some of the baby goats spoken for. So I hope they breed good. 2 of my ewes are from twins so maybe I will get twins next year.

Oh... I have a tan and white ram (cowboy), and got a black and white (lipstick), a tan and white (cowgirl), and a tri color (tri) for the ewes.
