Please pray for my brother, he is flooded in at work in Atlanta. He says his house is fine but that the reservoir that supplies their water has risen 2 feet in the last couple of days but technically, according to the water levels there, they are still in a drought. How is that for ironic???

We will keep your brother in our prayers. The news about all those effected by the rains and flooding are pretty tragic.

You all are too cute!!! Thanks to all!

Well, just got off the phone with my granny and she and papa are coming up to help get the poles for the goat fence and she said in no uncertain terms that she was babysitting tonight and they were paying for me and Chad to go out to dinner!!!

I can't remember the last time we went out to dinner just the two of us.... :/

He wanted to come home and build the chicken tractor "for another exciting anniversary". We are not big celebration people....we get each other a card and usually stay home. We baby sat my godddaughter the first 2 wedding anniversaries....one she had diarrhea and a head cold.
Our 3rd we looked at each other and said...what do we do without a child to watch? Then our 4th and 5th I had my son and my 6th and 7th I had my son and my daughter. Crazy....we just never do anything spectacular, not for our birthdays either.

Dang it...Lori...Im sorry, I am a bit late. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!! Thats what I get for being SS all day, cutting, cleaning, chopping, peeling, boiling, mashing, seasoning, and canning...PUMPKIN..ALL DAY! From 9 am untill well...the last few jars come out at 10 pm. I am OVER this pumpkin thing! LOL
Anyways...I hope you 2 had a great evening out...
