And the ones I cooked up were quite tiny, smaller than any baby greens you might see in the expensive section of the produce dept.....and still too strong and stringy for me. I ate some because they are good for me, but never will cook them again unless it is that or starvation!
Oh, and we make shakes in our Vitamix and sneak veggies into them, like baby spinach, and even a few leaves of these greens ruined the whole shake. So don't even bother trying them unless you have lost your sense of taste and like to chew, chew, chew....
