I left my wet mashed carrots in the fridge uncovered because, well, I was lazy. I added butter, salt and nutritional yeast. It's not terrible! DS6 liked it. He loves carrots, so no surprise. DH says it reminds him of baby food. It must need more salt then?

It was not the worst thing I've ever cooked.

Sounds good. I like to mix mashed carrots in with mashed potatoes (any color and sweet) Also can make them sweet or savoy IMO
