I'm good now thanks! It's hot out today but not as bad as it was supposed to be. Tomorrow is going to be brutal though. DH just left because his boss is out of town and he got a call that his cows are out... Good luck with that one!

Oh no...sounds like he's gonna be playing cattle round-up for awhile... Hope he gets 'em corralled quickly!

He's baaaack! He got there and his boss' 12 year old daughter had them in stalls in the barn. Good kid!

She is a cool kid! A lot like my daughter will probably be. She hunts with her dad and all that.

My transplanted tomatoes are holding up great despite the heat today. Happy!

DNA test is in for my buckling. His dam had 3 kids from 2 different sires! How weird is that?? I didn't even know that was possible!

Need to go get him this week....

And... My two dear hen hatched chicks are missing:hit I checked water and threw out some snacks to the chickens around noon today, they were there. Went to my mom's house this afternoon, got back and fed dinner at 5 and they were nowhere to be seen. Still haven't found them. Mama just freaked out and was going at one of the turkey hoop coops (where the more aggressive hens are)... I don't know if they got in there? One of the hens is kind of the type I wouldn't trust with anyone else's chicks. Grrrr
