Very happy Tuesday! It's not raining (yet), there's a gentle breeze breeze and the temp is perfect. Life is good right now.
If I was your neighbor, I could have fixed you and Kai right up. I'm great in first aid situations unless it involves toenails.

Glad to hear you weren't all spooked by that strange glowing yellow orb in the sky! :D

When the vet came to stitch up my goat she said I could take the stitches out myself in a few days.

I opted not.

Buncha woosies! I take out my own stitches and everyone elses! All you need are embroidery scissors and a steady hand. Pass the tequila! :p

I have never had stitches. Nor broken bones. I was a dull child. :gig

I was stapled after my surgery and ate through the metal in three days hah! But they said i'd healed enough for tape by then. Not only is my metabolism stupid fast but i heal stupid fast too :p

Well I don't embroider or know what those type of scissors look like, but you probably would have had an easy time removing sutures if you had the scissors the vet has. They are rounded at the top and have a little hook-the-thread cut out so you can just scoop up the suture and it is easy to snip.

I've removed many sutures, with the right scissors and without the right scissors and it makes a huge difference. I removed Ellie's sutures with some little toenail scissors but the dog was extremely calm and steady or I would not have tried to use something so sharp at the tip.

Heh, they love you at that vet and think of it as socialization for Kai.
