I have a question about cheese too! I bought some goat cheese yesterday :hide (I know.. shameful, but I don't have a goat :hit ). All it said was "Crumbled goat cheese".... that's it. It is really good! But I don't know what it is.... lol

ah ok... so now I'll know what y'all are talking about.

I keep thinking IF I end up lactose intolerant after my surgery, maybe I could convince my folks I need some goats? Surely they wouldn't deny their daughter the nourishment of real milk????? :D

Ummmmmmmmmmmm....I made farmer cheese again and this time formed balls I dropped in spagetti sauce and served over pasta. Hubby is in heaven. This makin' cheese thing is cool!

Yum! Mine was a little mozerella-like the last time and I loved it.

OMG, I'm in cheesy heaven. Very, very nice -

Gosh I wish I could just think about eating and get full instead of really eating and get fat.

We have sheep's milk cheese at our market - don't know why no one's brought goat's milk cheese. Anyway the sheep's milk cheese is very good - got a sharp tangy taste, but all I can think about is how hard it must be to milk them.

If you have the right breed of sheep they are no harder to milk than a goat!
