Well, we are eating roast chicken tonight. he was our silkie roo. He had a name once, but once we knew he was a boy, we just called him dinner
He is possibly the daddy of some of our new chicks
It sure is weird putting a purple skinned chicken in the oven. Hope he tastes better than he looks

I want some female chickens that will lay eggs. Hubby is tired of waiting and is threatening the BBQ. I want to sell my huge gorgeous Roosters (Jersey Giants) for what they have cost me (plus $20) in feed. I want someone to pull weeds, kill poison oak, and trim the mistletoe out of the oaks. I want a consultant to give me free advice on my gardening, my greenhouse, et al.

Simple requests, really.
