Awww thank you Punkin!! :hugs

Dac, I'm not sure...the page you posted that one time had a page of predator kill habits on chickens...I'm wanting to say it was the University of Ohio, but when I looked it up I couldn't find what I was looking for....It was back when I had that roo that wouldn't go into the coop and his belly was eaten out...you posted a link to a page that listed what predators do to prey/chickens I think. I am terrible at finding things on the internet :/

Right now I am taking a break from cleaning my monstrosity of a closet :th I think this is day two? It would be going faster, but I have a little over four weeks left in the pregnancy and I have to stop nearly all the time to take breaks :barnie

But it is getting done! Well off I go :weee

mornin' :D

Well as of Tuesday I officially have 4 more weeks to go until the due date. I am ready. I feel huge, and it's hard to toss and turn, which you do a lot of in the 9th month. :ep

Some of our blackberries are finally ripening..I just need to get out there and pick them :drool

We have been cleaning the house all week getting it ready for the baby shower this Sat. With so many kids, we have to keep up on the little details constantly so that when we go to super clean, there's not so much to do. So far so good :fl

We are getting all of the little details of painting the living room trim and all of that done as well. It is coming along nicely. The only thing left is the crown molding, and painting the front window trim!! :D YAY!!!! We have come so far!!! :weee

I think I forgot to mention last week that our dryer went out. DH hasn't fully torn it apart yet, but the thinks it's the motor. We have been hanging clothes on the line since Sunday. We have wanted to hang out some of our things at least, but we hadn't gotten around to putting up the clothesline yet. It was on our list, but way down there in the long list of things to be done lol

Suddenly it moved to the top ^_^ I am so glad that it's done, but I want my dryer back if just for the 15 min that it will take to un-crunchy the clothes and de wrinkle them. But I love having them done so fast(it's so hot here) and I can't wait to see how much we're saving on the electric bill!! :weee :weee :weee

I'm scheduled for a c section tomorrow at 9:30 :D

The baby looked large on the U/S and since I had trouble delivering my DD at 9lbs 15 oz, they didn't want to take any chances and I didn't either. I'm excited!!! I can't wait!!! I will post some pics when I get a chance :D

Updating on some of the other things going on....

Our dryer is still broken....I think it is a problem that can't be fixed, or can but it would be just as well to get another dryer at this point. I don't know, my husband it handling it and I trust his judgment. So we are still hanging clothes on the line and I am still loving it...and still hating the crunchiness  But it's not that bad, and as silly as it sounds it reminds me of camping, which I have not done in forever!! I love camping!!!!!

Took the kids out a couple of weeks back and not too many berries were ripe. I got great exercise though, and the kids had a blast!

The baby shower was Awesome!!! We didn't really need a whole lot, so we didn't ask for much. It was just an awesome chance to hang out with good friends for a change. We love to do that, and it was a really, really great time with friends.

Progress is still the same on the living room, but that's how it goes when you are preparing for the arrival of a baby! :D

Sorry about the dryer. Just think of all the electricity your saving!!

On the C section front, I have had 3. Just remember to get up and get moving as soon as you can. Not to scare you but the first pain will be unbearable but it does not last long. The more you move the better off you'll be.

Post baby pics when you can. Best of luck, g

My C-section was my best recovery from birth! If I had known it was that easy, I would have had them all via C-section....:p

Will be thinking about you during this time and praying that all goes well. :hugs

Thank you Tanks!! :hugs :hugs I know huh on the electricity!!! If we were running the dryer AND using all of the air conditioning that we have been using lately we'd be in big trouble lol! It's supposed to be 105 today, and with the AC running, it ends up about 80 in here at the hottest part of the day. Too hot for this preggo girl! I have to sit in front of the fan!

Thanks Bee! I really appreciate the thoughts and prayers :D :hugs :hugs

This will be my second c section(the twins were c section) and I am not looking forward to the recovery ugh. Hopefully it will be easier on me because I haven't been in the hospital on bed rest for a month before hand. I've been up and moving around and in better shape, so no muscle atrophy to deal with.

Also you bring up a good point g. I wonder if me having Gestational Diabetes will affect when I am allowed to get up? I remember that I had to get up immediately as soon as I got the feelings back in my legs....anyone know if it's different if you have GD due to the slower healing associated with it? I certainly don't want to bust myself open! :ep
