I am liking that idea. Especially for gifts. It doesn't seem like the crust should be any smushier than other store bought pies that are sealed up...if you let them cool anyway.mamaluv321 said:So, just curious, wonder if it'd be a workable sitution to try and bake these and when done just pop the lid on and store not in the freezer?
