I am so tempted to break into one of the cheese balls this evening!! After all there are three of them!! I could have one to snack on this evening and tomorrow afternoon....then one for MIL's tomorrow night and then one for Christmas day!!
I think I am totally talking myself into breaking into them!! They are good!

PP - you can have one cheese ball and some crackers. Also, I will let you keep half the rest of the contents. I will pay shipping for the rest. Everyone else can just back off. :plbb

Glad the pregnancy is going good. And I know the kids are loving that granny box.

I got dibs on some of the cheese ball!!!

Glad to hear that your tests were good...it's so nice that your boys are excited about getting each other stuff for christmas! I can't wait until my two are excited about getting things for each other...I can't wait until they stop fighting, pinching, hitting, yelling....all the sibling rivalry things.

Maddie is just at that age where she is territorial...almost two...everything is mine mine mine! Problem is that Tyler is 3 and everything is mine mine mine too!

It's so good that you've been able to teach your children that it is better to give than receive! I hope I can do that well with my two... :bow

I had my ultra sound this morning. We took all of the kiddos and DH in so they could see the baby too.
Still a GIRL!!
My OB said the baby is about 3 pounds 7 ounces now. My blood pressure was 130/90. I go next Tuesday to get a steroid shot to develop the baby's lungs to prepare in case of an early delivery since my blood pressure is going up so quickly. The baby was VERY active! My OB said everything with the baby looked good!
So, now I am resting on the couch for the next 2 hours until it is time to go to my MIL's while DH wraps gifts!

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

Merry Christmas!!
I got DH up about 8am to get the turkey started....and the turkey tasted so yummy!!!!! We were done opening gifts by 9:30.
It was all around a beautiful day! The kids loved all of the gifts they got! Which was a TON of them! DD ended up with 4 new My Little Ponies a Barbie and a couple of dolls, plus tow Barbie movies. 6 yo got a hotwheels track and a Geo Trax plane set, the banchie from the Cars movie, Handy Manny video and a couple of cars. 9 yo got Shrek the Halls, socks, Wii Light saber swords for their Star Wars Lego game and a Wii Outdoor Adventure game to share with 11 yo because those two love to play the Wii the most, tent light...plus several other things I can not remember. 11 yo also got socks and a pocket knife and a baseball bat adapter for the Wii controller, Kung Fu Panda movie, a propane lantern and several other things I can not remember. 13 yo got the new hunting jacket (org. $61...on sale for $49 that I got for $21!), a pocket knife, a hatchet, canteen, orange hunting vest, a key chain flint thing, Narnia 3 pack of movies...plus several other things that I can not remember. They all bought gifts for each other....the hightlight of their Christmas so they each have at least 4 misc toy items from that. The boys also ended up with $150 worth of Gander mountain gift cards.
I got DH a DVD recorder so that he can record things for ME!!! And $75 worth of Home Depot gift cards.
I got 3 yards of terry cloth fabric for diaper inserts, three preemie baby outfits, pacifiers, bottle nipples, and three baby socks, AND a NEW SEWING TABLE for the living room!! WOOHOO!! MIL got me a JoAnn's $40 gift card...YAY...I can get more fabric for stuff for the baby and DD's boutique outfits! My mom got me resin jewelry making supplies!
My 13 yo also made me a wooden manger...like baby Jesus would sit in. He made it with my neighbor at the men's breakfast at church because DH was working. It really is beautiful!!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

DD has already hacked off the tail of one of her My Little Ponies and half of the mane!! She is now grounded from scissors!!
She said the hair was to long and she wanted it off!
This is the first toy she has cut the hair off of...and of course it has to be a brand new toy that she just got today!

Hello everyone! Just got back from my OB's. I was there for an hour and a half today!! The baby was not very cooperative to get a good read on her heartrate....she kept moving and kicking the monitor. The nurse wanted to get at least a ten minute stretch of good solid info.

I got home and my cloth diaper kit that ordered had finally arrived BUT it was missing the precut ready to be sewn diaper!! So, I emailed them and asked when should I expect it so hopefully I will receive a response soon.

DH is taking the couch bed part of the couch out of the living room!!! WOOHOO!! I knew I would win this one!! He was giving me a bad time about taking it out when I wanted to a couple of weeks ago but, since HE bought me a sewing table for Christmas and he knew that is where I wanted to put the sewing table (where that part of the couch is) he finally saw things MY way!! In all of the years we have had the couch we have never once used the bed and all we did was stack laundry on it until we put it away!

DH's cousin got the kids silly putty for Christmas...I warned her that when she had a kiddo I was buying her child playdoh, bubbles and silly putty every year because silly putting sticks in carpet something terrible. DH JUST FOUND SOME SILLY PUTTY STUCK IN THE CARPET!!!
