Bacon wrapped lamb bites in stir fry and Mongolian sauce. Packaged for the freezer, my homemade fast food freezer dinners.

Country style meat market. Feral hog that my neighbor trapped and shot. I have 2 on ice and will be processing them tomorrow. This makes 7 total so far. The first 5 were small, the last 3 were 50-60 pounds. Minus head, hide, feet, guts, and all the bones, I wound up with 23 pounds of just meat, from those 3 hogs. This one was maybe 200 pounds live weight.
