todays been kind of busy and not busy all at once.
we used to have a little store and made the final desicion this week not to re-open (we hoped we could once the economy picked up but its jus tnot going ot happen.
to today i spent the day going through everything from the shop and fling inventory.
might have a taker for the 2 slatwall units and acessories...
im realy hoping we can sell the remaining inventory as 1 big lot so im listing everything right now and getting pics then will list it on craiglist...
if noone takes the lot mum might decide to do the flea market on sundays with whats left over, but id prefer to just sell it as a lot ebcause i wont be around to help her move it sort it and help keep track of it ect...

so fingers crossed, ive got 2 more boxes to open and sort tomorrow...and theyll probbaly take the longest as its all the dog clothing so ive got to sort sizes out too...
but i got most of it done today

we also had a run to tractor supply to pick up chicken feed...its about 45 mins from home and the closest place for chicken feed around here.

45 minutes away! There's 3 near here, all of them w/in 30 minutes, or less. I normally shop in the one closest to the farm.

whent for a family walk this morning...this having dad at home and mum at home all day is realy throing me off, i thought it was sunday for most of this morning...
did twice around the track, took all but 1 of our many dogs, so completed a mile, dad had had enough at that point and its pretty dang muggy so im ok wiht that lol.

got my GFE packet this morning. looks like ontop of my down payment im going to have to bring about $660 to closing, the seller is taking care of up to $2600 in prepaids and closing, so that will take care of most of it, but the origionation fee puts it $660 over the $2600 i asked for...so...no big deal.
should hear from them today in reguards to getting them all the stuff i need to get them to finalize this and get stuff in gear.

otherwise...

gonna have some lunch...not sure what yet, then finnish inventory on the last 2 boxes from the shop so i can put a craigslist listing up and try to sell it as 1 big lot...parents need the cash, and the space in the garage, and i get to keep 25% of whatever we get for my efforts (which wont be much BUT it will be somethign towards my moving costs )

so yeah...

its not that hot, but i think id rather have the heat back, when it was in the 100's around here the humidity didnt feel bad at all...
but right now were in the 80s and it feels like a sticky steam bath out there. YICK!

assuming everything goes well closing is tentitivly set for aug 7th (which being thats a sunday it would be more likely to be Aug 8th) so hopefully id be moving in that day *squee*

im going to see if we can do the closing at the house since if i make it my final move ill have the dogs, cats and birds with me and dont feel safe leaving them all in a hotel room while we do the closing...

if not my other option is to go down for signing, rent a car and stay for a week, put up a fence and change the locks while im there for closing them come home and "collect" everyone and get my stuff together and move at my lesiure...
but that extra trip is money i dont realy have so...
