In the mean time, while waiting for the medical system to get off it's butt... Are you:

Doing what you can to reduce stress.

Getting outside as much as possible.

Taking supplemental Vitamin D. a minimum of 2000 iu./day

Pat a dog, pat a cat frequently.

Avoid the persons/personalities who tend to rain on your parade.

And at the risk of causing offense to some: PRAY!
 
You are at home here, so never feel like you have to keep up appearances. Many are in the same boat as you, sometimes sharing what helps one, is a help to all.
 
Although I am not considered mentally ill, I am on the spectrum for bipolar. It's not bad enough to be disabling, but I do go through phases where I don't want to be around people much. Luckily, my DH understands and allows me to retreat to my own little world for as long as it takes to get a handle on things again. I do find that getting outside and playing in the dirt really shortens that retreat time though.
 
So we have some new arrivals. We were expecting 15 but ended up with 31 lol.

How did 15 turn into 31? Chicken math or packing peanuts??? what breeds? Thanks for the pics.
Chicken math lol when we picked them up they said they had so extra if we were interested. How do you say no to chicks lol.
