I, know have read post before, or I think I have, but couldn't find the post. I, am getting ready to buy a canner but after looking at prices :ep
I would like to get one that is reasonable in price as well. It looks to me the aluminum ones are cheaper, but it is not worth my money if it can't get the job done. I plan to can quart size mostly. Thanks, in advance for any information and education you can give me.

You don't have to bolt it down, and it has a good release valve for excess steam.

Thank you BB, I just googled about it and looks to have good reviews. Do you find it is accurate in the number of jars you can place in it?

Let me know if you find anyone. Around here, sometimes I feel like I am in the book called the little red hen and when she ask who will help me pick the grain all the other animals respond not I but when the grain has been picked, and the bread made she ask the same question who will help me eat the bread then all the animals say yes i will help you eat the bread. Does this sound familiar?

I have found someone. I do the WB canning, and the neighbors do the pressure canning. Then we split everything we can ;) They help with everything, from the picking and hoeing the garden all the way to the end product. I couldn't ask for better neighbors.
