2012 is already on Netflix Instant. Yes, it is that bad of a movie. The reviews are scathing - this is from people that would watch only anything. If this has anything to do with the perdiction, who knows.
Really? That bad eh? What a waste of money.

Guess you can count me in as an idiot with no taste. I just love the entertainment value in disaster flicks.

I'm on mom's computer, she has dsl. so no utube for me.

I figure the whole 2012 thing is like the earth taking off an old coat and putting on a new one. Some might notice and others won't.

Actually a lot of the changes that have been predicted have already been happening. It's just not happening all on one day. So we as a society on this planet are dealing with the changes already. It is not the end of the world, but the world as we have known it has already begun to change.
Those of us who go along with the changes will survive it better, than those who don't.

Of course we could always get hit by an asteroid........how do you prepare for that? I'll just duck.

To be honest, I do too. Conbine it with SciFi and Fantasy and i'm in.

I heard that in the Middle Ages the Europeans believed in 1997 the world would end. Didn't happen. So, this probably won't either.

I'm dial up with only DSL Lite and get youtube just fine. I wonder why you can't? I'd complain to the provider. :D

This may help, Top Ten Ways To Destroy Earth:

Gives the Scenario, method, Earth's final resting place, earliest feasibility completion date, and sources.

My theory is that in a massive self sufficiency act, the majority of Earth's northern hemisphere's population bakes fruitcakes as Christmas presents which are supernaturally heavy and either tilt the earth's axis from the sudden weight or alter it's orbit. :p
It's all the saved National Geographics.
