Some fo are stronger than others. SOme people prefer a lighter smelling bar versus a perfume like bar. It's just a matter of preerence or taste. The essential oils are stronger because they are more pure and natural so you would probally use less.
Another thing I forgot to mention. It all depends on what method you use. IF you are just doing handmilled or melt and pour I would think you would use less because you don't have to worry about the lye eating up the fragrance. Cold process you use more fragrance.
