I take my little guy to do this every spring we try to help as many frogs as we can too. Northern peepers and wood frogs mostly. It is great to hear that some one else does it cause my family thinks I am nuts! :thumbsup

Do you ever see the big wolf spiders on the road while you are doing it?They are big hairy black or brown. We have some here that are the size of coffee cups. I see those a lot I have no idea what they are doing out there, my guess is eating what ever is small enough for them to catch. But boy I don't like them, they can really scare the crude out of you when you think that hey there is a frog and you walk up and there is this big nasty looking spider the size of your mug.

Today the rain ended at about 3ish :/ I knew there would be no sallys
We went out anyway, didn't find a whole lot but we helped 14 cross :thumbsup
Should rain tomorrow, and will go out, since todays rain shower was a bust.
